The Goldener Pflug Hotel is just so very nice. It is now one of my most favorite places to stay. Everyone working at this hotel made me feel like I was with family. The restaurant is excellent. The food was of great quality. My room was very comfortable. In my judgment, the Goldener Pflug Hotel is of the finest quality!

Very clean rooms, towels & co. included. The room is quite "spartan", without too much design, but focused on utility - beds, TV, working free WiFi, small desk & chairs, bathroom. The position close to the main train station (4min on foot) makes it a good hotel for short overnights when you have to travel to the city. They offer paid (!) parking places in a parking-building near-by. Take care in case you come with a big 4x4 car or mini-bus, the height limit is 2m !!

The location was perfect! It was a short walk to the palace, and there was a wonderful playground nearby that my son loved. The on site restaurant had an amazing salmon dish that was one of the best things we ate!

Stayed at Monrepos two days. A pleasure from start to finish. They was nothing that I would change. Staff friendly and very helpful. Lovely place with a 18 hole Golf Course, riding stables and a wein store. Food was excellent. Dogs are welcomed too.

Great place to stay. Starting with the super friendly host. The hotel is located in a walking distance to castel. On top, we could walk our dogs, two little Chihuahua, to a near by forest which they loved it. Room was spacious and clean, bed super comfortable. We let know the host that we would be coming with our dogs so two bowels were waiting prepared in the room for us to use for food and water. Free parking on the back yard of the hotel. Although only for one night, we loved our stay and we are definitely coming back here soon.

    Impressive building with a very interesting interior design in the hallways and lobby. Our room was impressively spacious, possibly because there were three of us and a dog. Check-in was easy, and the receptionist was very polite. We had a nice view of the Ludwigsburg Eye, which added to our enjoyment. The room was clean and well-appointed, and the amenities provided were standard but appreciated. The breakfast was good, offering a variety of options to start the day right.
