The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was excellent. We rented a private room for six people, and it exceeded our expectations as it had two showers, a large sink, and the private area was separate. The beds were comfortable, each with its own charger and locker. The individual lockers were huge and opened with a card. I found the hotel very trendy and modern. I highly recommend it in Munich.

Great location right near Marienplatz, lovely room with free mini bar which is a bonus, lovely breakfast in the restaurant. Free drinks on arrival which were enjoyed on the lovely roof top bar. Would definitely recommend to stay at this hotel.

It's really a characterful place, in front of station. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. Modern yet not minimalist. The interior was so nice, notably the elegant staircase! The lounge in 1F was nice and cosy, with free use of coffee machine. Staffs were so helpful and gentle, with many occasions I felt a great hospitality. It's in busy area but was not very noisy. Breakfast was satisfactory with many bread/vegetable options. Shower / wifi etc. worked perfectly. I really had a good time here.

    Great tradition of Oktoberfest.

    Great tradition of Oktoberfest. The traditional beer tents were lovely and the whole festival atmosphere was a wonderful experience. Marienplatz and the Residence were beautiful historic places. Lots of historic buildings and churches to see. The English Garden was a good a long walk and the Deutches Museum was very interesting - thought-provoking exhibits, great modern feel, within an old building.

    Unfortunately the station is a building site, hindered some navigation of the area but not by much. Hop on hop off bus was just around the corner which was A great benefit. Getting round Munich was fairly easy. Lots of bars & restaurants to choose from.

    I liked the ease of using the S-Bahn to get to places. When it was needed, taxi or uber arrived in a timely manner. Most of the streets were very walkable as long as you abide by the pedestrian signals. Most working people spoke English, so transactions were very easy. There were many interesting places to see but my favorites were the Residenz Palace and Marienplatz area. If you are handicapped, they do not have easily navigable areas, but they do try to assist as best they can. The beer is delicious here.

    Always love visiting Munich, such a clean, bright and beautiful City. I love the experience of Oktoberfest and visiting the various bier cellars, especially the famous Hofbrauhaus. If you've never visited this City, put it on your list as a 'Must Do'

    We stayed in Munich as tourists. Lots of historical sites within close driving distance, walking or by "Gray Line Bus Tours" which is just around the corner. A lot of construction happening all throughout the city so it cannot be avoided. Tourist areas are clean and safe.

    The churches were beautiful and the architecture was stunning. The German people on the whole were very unfriendly and rude. Tips were expected despite the service being the bare minimum. Meals were expensive and lacking in variety. Compared to other European countries we were not made to feel welcome, public transport was not easy to navigate and we would be reluctant to return.

    This hotel was well run with good, helpful staff. The economy room was as described- no frills- eg no aircon but absolutely acceptable. Best feature ( not mentioned anywhere ) is its location. Although in a suburb,the underground station to everywhere is about a ten minute walk away. The underground system is extensive so city centre and other sites very accessible and cheap with a day pass. It’s a proper hotel and family owned.

    The staff was so friendly and helpful every time we need something. The location of the hotel was very close to the city centre and we could go by walk to most of the attractions.
