The staff was amazing, we had an welcome coffee as we arrived very early and the room was not ready. We got upgraded to a room that fited our needs and was ready for check in.We've, been advised about restaurants in the area. The room was big and spotless clean, big and confortabile bed, spacious walk in shower. Too bad, the weather was bad otherwise we would've have loved the balcony, fresh air and wide view. We have chosen this place for its highway proximity, is a very good stop when traveling by car from Romania to Belgium/Holland, Self check in a big plus :) Next time we will stay there one extra night as the area has lots to offer from a touristic point of view. Definitely recommend it!

The chakra massage was great. The reception staff was very friendly escort us to our room and her english was good. The staff of the spa was also very nice! breakfast was amazing! Hotel was super pretty and quit! It was exactly what I needed. Staff was in point!

I was very positively surprised by this hotel. It does not look very high end on the outside bit the rooms are really BIG (at least 50 sq. m.) and have everything necessary. They are also furnished with first class furniture. The bathroom is gigantic and has a standalone bath. There is also a big TV with Sky channels and a Soundbar, coffee machine, refrigerator, etc. Isolation of the windows is also perfect. You can park in a covered parking lot next door for 10 Eur/day. The walk to downtown is 15 minutes over the bridge. The place is also spotlessly clean and follows all anti-COVID regulations.

The staff were very friendly and the spa was amazing. It was easy to find a place by yourself in the upstairs infinity pools. The physiotherapist was amazing and really helped my pain levels. The food was incredible. Plentiful and of a very high and tasty standard. A seven course dinner no less and included in half board. The hotel had free e-bikes to borrow and the town was set out so perfectly for riding around. You can ride over the bridge between Germany and Austria. There were many fitness activities you could sign up for like stretching and water aerobics. I had a wonderful time. I could have stayed there another week at least!

    Perfect situated hotel close to A3 and the Austrian border. Large rooms for a family of four (2 adult and 2 kids age 14 & 15). Nice beds (missed reading lamps at the main bed in the room we had though). Quiet surroundings. This time the restaurant was closed at the night of arrival, so we had to find somewhere else to eat which was a shame as the food here had been good during previous stays. Breakfast has everything you want except for scrambled eggs... On line check in worked very well, perfect! Nice villages - both Neuhaus am Inn and Schärding, we took a walk across the bridge over the river Inn to Schärding in Austria. A little bit short of parking space when fully booked. No charging station for electric-/hybrid cars.

    Good location, 10 minutes from A3. Nice and warm room, shower facilities excellent with hot water already set to 40 degrees, clean linings, kettle available, good firm mattress, all in one best you can get.

    Clean and spacious room and very comfortable beds . Light and airy space . The balcony was a plus with the view to a green yard. The location didn't tell me much, but we didn't visit the surroundings, either, anyway the hotel is very close to motorway between Germany and Austria and near Scharding, (which is across the bridge). We had a good cappucino and coffee in the morning ... I noticed that the restaurant for breakfast was spotless clean . Good Wi-Fi .

    The hotel was a no-contact motel style accommodation with an average size car park in front. The room was a modern and industrial style with a huge window. We liked the design a lot. Comfy bed, good for a stopover.
