Central location for Lübeck and Schwerin as we visit, but there is much more. I do recommend to read a bit beforehand before going about the history because it is interesting and not long time ago. I did not, and that was a shortcoming for my holiday. Actually astonishing what was happened short time ago, here at the border what was once East and West Germany. You need to love nature, lakes also. Walking/ hiking. Water sport as well. Small villages, old cities. And. (East German, may I still say this?) East German hospitality, it's just different but not unwilling. The hospitality is correct but do not expect a lot of smiles.Guest review byRoelNetherlands

The room was very clean and the view from the terrace was incredible. For our dog, they have also prepared everything required in the room. Breakfast is also top class! Even though the property is quite big it instills the feeling of remote tranquility. The room was spacious, quiet, and had great views. Parking was convenient.
