Location, Room, Service… everything was Perfect. Actually, I’m speechless how was good to stay there. Wake up in the morning and see the mountains and the cows with the Bavarian bells, unforgettable. Also have the option to choose which kind of bread you would like to have in the morning, eggs from the region… everything was so delicious.

Super homey and delightfully remote-feeling - situated just five minutes from the main areas of Berchtesgaden but we felt like we were on a farm, visiting the sheep and llamas and drinking beer on the terrace looking at the mountain. Host lived on the property with her family and was lovely and welcoming. House was cozy and traditionally styled with plenty of room for everyone.

We stayed at this villa with a group of six adults and two teens, and we loved everything about it. The house is built and decorated with great care. The views are amazing, and the garden and terrace were perfect for relaxing. The common areas are huge and comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need—high-quality dishes and appliances. The bedrooms are a good size, and the beds are really comfy. The location is perfect for hiking; the Königsee and its surroundings are absolutely unique. Overall, we were really happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this villa.
