We were told that the hotel was fully booked because of the system problem. But we were asked to change into another hotel called Hotel Modi, I have to say, this was the best stay I ever have in Germany when I traveled because this is beyond good! the staff, the location just next to bus station, even the facility, they have a gym, the bed, yes the bed so comfortable!

Every aspect of staying at this hotel was excellent. It is rated 4 starts but the service we received was absolutely 5 star. They even provided dog food, bed and water bowl for our dog. They also provided me a meeting room at no additional charge.

Close to my family that I visited. This was very convenient. An amazing Italian restaurant on premises. Great pizza and pasta menu and a great choice of italian '80 music. Pizza chefs singing in italian while preparing your pizza! Hosts at the hotel were most welcoming. Spacious room. Great value for the money.
