Superb place! Would stay for another week if we could. The photos don't do it justice at all - all the facilities are renovated and the furniture is in mint condition. The place is very spacious and very well equipped. And to top it all - the host is super nice. Do not hesitate and book!

    Sankt Margin is a small German village located at the top of a mountain it's always cold at night, we personally had rainy days in the mid of August. The problem there is that everything is closed at 18:00 PM and you can't find any place to buy your basic needs there are no pharmacies, stores, laundry places, or small restaurants (Pizza, hamburger..) Just the hotel that didn't serve everything

    Beautiful hotel with a classical touch. Our room was spacious (junior suite), bed very comfortable, little balcony facing the back yard, bathroom a little dated with a sink drain issue. Breakfast great, dinner a little pretencious. Spacious hotel parking, beautiful surroundings. Staff very nice and helpful.

    My husband and I loved the property, it had all the amenities we needed for our short stay. The hosts are lovely too 😊 the location is good, close to places like Titisee Lake and Freiburg city. We loved the views over Sankt Margen.
