We ate in the restaurant on the first evening... impeccable food and wine and the service was second to none. Breakfast had plenty of choice ..and was served until 11.am at weekend. . IsraelI had an amazing stay at the Premier Inn Hotel in Stuttgart! The hotel is incredibly modern, with excellent air conditioning and spotless rooms. The staff provided fantastic service, always helpful and attentive. The breakfast was a highlight—everything was fresh, with a wide variety to choose from. Stately Stuttgart is friendly and green. Surrounding the city are tree-lined hills, while in the center is the ‘Green U’, a series of parks and gardens that make great picnic spots.
The city’s focal point, Schlossplatz is a huge square with a tall column marking the entrance to the New Palace. Dating back to the 10th century, the city’s Old Palace is just opposite and its square is the site of the Stuttgart Christmas markets.
In the Bad Cannstatt area of Stuttgart are mineral spas, the 2nd largest in Europe behind Budapest. Just south of here is what the city is perhaps best known for – its car industry. Head to the architecturally-impressive Mercedes-Benz World for a spiraling walk through its history. On the opposite side of the city is the Porsche Museum, also worth a look.
Always something of a pioneer, the city erected the world’s first TV tower. Go to the top for amazing views. Other interesting Stuttgart attractions are the planetarium, and Stuttgart Zoo, housed in the Wilhelma Palace, built in Moorish style and once home to royals.
Before heading to Stuttgart Airport from your Booking.com hotel, apartment or B&B, make sure that you try some local Swabian food. The brezel (pretzel) originated here and makes a very tasty snack.

Went for Parkrun. really friendly group and good parkrun route in north of city. Went end of November so Christmas market had opened. Was fabulous - Large market with huge selection of really nice items and great selection of food stalls.

Stuttgart is simply a wonderful discovery for us. Very knowledgeable professors at the university, high-level seminars, great museums (Mercedes, Württemberg Museum, endless Christmas fair and socially active people, wonderful food and nice crafts, Haus des Waldes was a wonderful place to visit, as was the TV tower. The Stiftkirche church concert was wonderful and also very cheap! Beautiful castles and ice rink, a brass band concert in the courtyard of the old castle, etc. everything was amazing. We only got a little lost in traffic, the markings at the subway entrances could be like in even bigger cities, so you immediately understand which direction the train is going. Otherwise, everything is very commendable.

Easy access from the airport to city centre and hotel. The train / tram / bus connections to get around the city are excellent. We used Hotel Maritim as a base and visited the Mercedes Benz museum which was excellent. We also visited Esslingen which is a beautiful town on the outskirts of Stuttgart. Food and drink super throughout our 4 day break.

Having lived here for a few years I have always loved Stuttgart. There are so many things to see and do. They always seem to have an event going on somewhere. My absolute favorite thing is the public transportation you can take to anywhere. I love riding it and being able to see everything. I used to ride it just because it was so fun and I wanted to see if I could ride it to every station :-) I love the food too. Schwabian food is so yummy from flammkuchen to maultaschen there is something for everyone. I could live in Stuttgart and be a tour guide.

On this trip, I simply wanted to eat local food and visit the Mercedes Benz Museum. Although I arrived on a Sunday, which can be a good day to travel, I had no trouble finding a small restaurant with interesting pizza options near the Unger hotel, which is about a block from the main train station. I was able to purchase a three-day public transit pass at hotel reception, but had difficulty finding a machine to validate the pass because many of these machines were broken in the transportation center. I came prepared with an S-bahn map, so I had no trouble getting around. I enjoyed taking a bus (45) from Bad Canstatt to the Mercedes museum. It was easy and I discovered a cafe that sold canollis in the Bad Canstatt train station that was memorable. I am looking forward to a future visit to make more discoveries and see the Porsche museum in a different area.

The church in front of the hotel rings its bells every 15 minutes, from 6 AM to 10 PM, creating a lot of noise. The hotel does not have air conditioning, so it was warm during our stay, and opening the windows only increased the noise. Additionally, there was no hair dryer and fridge in the room. The hotel's location is not very close to the city center but close to public transport.

A solid hotel with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The building is spacious, and there’s convenient on-site parking. Our room was clean and adequately sized. Blackout curtains were also a great bonus — we slept really well. Breakfast was modest but satisfying. The location is excellent — the metro station is right next to the hotel, making it very easy to reach both the city center and the Mercedes-Benz Museum in just a few stops.

Very comfortable and stylish room located in a calm part of town.Very close to the metro and through that to the city center. The rooms are specious, very clean and even have a kitchen if you want to stay in. We will surely stay in again, if we ever visit Stuttgart.

It is a very big, and luxurious old-fashioned hotel. We had a family room which was quite big for our family of 4. The breakfast was simply spectacular. It has a swimming pool and a gym. It is very close to the city center. All and all great value for money.
