Incredible stay at this hotel!! The staff is super friendly, they speak English and German, the bar was super cozy and comfortable; and the rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean and warm. Super comfy beds. And the hot spring Spa is physically connected to the lobby! The hotel offers a deal where you get a token and pay only for the time you spend in the spa, at a great price!!! One of the best stays I have ever had. Don't think twice about it!

I loved the location of this hotel…right on the main square. We had a lovely view of St Michael’s church and the Christmas market. This hotel is located in a very old beautiful building. All the rooms are different sizes and some have quirky feature like floors that slant a tiny bit. We loved everything about this place. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. We liked the staff very much and got to meet sweet little Ivon, the hotel pug.

The room and staff were exceptional and the building was very in keeping with the area of its age. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and as a wheelchair user, this was very much appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful stay and I will be sure to be back :)
