Every morning, Jens prepared a delicious breakfast for us and we loved talking with Jens and Christiana. They gave us great recommendations for things to do and made us feel like family. The pension is right in the center of Ruhla and very a short walk to museums and shops in town.

Our room was better than the photos show. The room only had two twin beds and we do not sleep in two beds but they were comfortable so o.k.. The photo only shows two twin beds but our room had another room that had a table with two chairs and another comfortable chair. Also kettle with coffee cups, coffee, tea and a refrigerator. This extra room made all the difference. Free parking on site excellent. Eat dinner at the restaurant on site. Beautiful outdoor patio with one of the best meals we have had in Germany! Great staff.

The young man at the reception was extremely helpful and pleasant. He went out of his way to help us solve several urgent problems that popped up during our stay. We loved the bathrooms, especially the showers. They were very clean. We liked that there was a kitchen on our floor. The rooms were fairly spacious.

Lovely accomodations with a nice sitting area. Bathroom was very nice. Conveniently close to Wartburg without staying there.
