It has an excellent location The reception staff are delightful, welcoming, happy and SO helpful with any queries - nothing was too much trouble to them - very knowledgeable about their country and their city The lounge/ dining area was set up to create a very friendly atmosphere among other guests as well I highly recommend it

Host - Super nice people- Feilu the host and her husband are extremely helpful, genuine and lovely Location- perfect for family and group, train is right next door and supermarket is on the ground floor of the building super convenient. Room was spacious, very clean, desk staff were very nice but the biggest shout out was for the staff that cleaned our room. Without a doubt the best I have ever encountered. Location was perfect. Felt like I was coming home every evening only better! A perfect cross between old world charm and perfect modern amenities. Loved it, was very sad to leave. Bed was comfy, good water power.
