It is quite calm and natural.
It is quite calm and natural. Hjørring itself is a cute town with all the facilities you need. The place is great if you love being outdoors in nature. It's not so great if you want to do a lot of activities. It's quite rural. We'd recommend going to Eagle World. Great show. We'd recommend against going to the zoo in Aalborg. It's tiny and a lot of the animal exhibits are empty. No elephants or red panda's for example. Didn't see any of the big cats. Lovely natur, beautiful long walks next to the ocean.
Lovely natur, beautiful long walks next to the ocean. We love to walk and it’s pretty easy to do so around this area. But next time I would rent a bike to explore even more. Recommend you to go se the Rubjerg Knude fyr.Guest review byAnonymous

Very quite and relaxing place with extremely pleasant and very helpful staff. It's a family affair, no hotel chain, so it's cozy and easy-going plus they know the area very well.
