I arrived in Copenhagen exhausted at 9 am and got breakfast. I wasn’t looking forward to not being able to check in till 3, but I was able to at 11am. It was so nice! the bed is comfortable, spacious, and love you can change the lights. I was so happy to stay there. A good way to spend my last few nights after traveling a month through Europe.

It has an excellent location The reception staff are delightful, welcoming, happy and SO helpful with any queries - nothing was too much trouble to them - very knowledgeable about their country and their city The lounge/ dining area was set up to create a very friendly atmosphere among other guests as well I highly recommend it

1 Hotel CPH had only been open for about a week when we stayed and I was very impressed with how out together everything was. Everything was a smooth process and the staff were very helpful and friendly especially the guys working at the concierge desk.

Room was spacious, very clean, desk staff were very nice but the biggest shout out was for the staff that cleaned our room. Without a doubt the best I have ever encountered. Location was perfect. Felt like I was coming home every evening only better! A perfect cross between old world charm and perfect modern amenities. Loved it, was very sad to leave. Bed was comfy, good water power.

The hotel lobby was absolutely gorgeous. We had coffee and a snack as well as cocktails and both experiences were wonderful. The rooms were beautifully designed. I used the gym and while small, had everything I needed. We reserved time poolside, it was the off season so it was quiet, but we appreciated that. The hotel is located kitty corner from Tivoli Gardens and close to everything. Would stay here again.
