I was very worried when I read the comments but it wasn't like the comments. First of all, there were no bedbugs. The family suite we stayed in, the bathroom, and the kitchen were clean. The beds, linens, and towels were also clean. Free tea and coffee was a nice move. The room was warm. The location of the hotel was also nice.
