The location is peaceful, yet conveniently close to everything you might need. We felt right at home!

United StatesThis is a super cute, “country-French” decorated apartment. It was clean and near grocery stores and restaurants. The kitchen had everything you needed for your stay. It was close to a number of sites we wanted to see. The host explained how to use the remotes for the TVs and A/C. There were local tourist guides to read too. In our apartment, the bathroom was in the master bedroom, not centrally located. Not a problem for us as we were traveling with teens but something to be aware of. The table is in the bedroom and there is no living room or place to really sit besides the table or beds. All fine for us as a family but different people may have different needs. We would stay here again.

I can't use their cottages.
I can't use their cottages. Too poorly maintained. worn out and non-functioning doors. For example, the door in my cottage couldn't be locked from the inside. The toilets were old and worn out. There were 3 women's toilets for an entire campsite, along with the showers.

Lønstrup gives the full experience of the North Sea with steep cliffs, flat beaches and the sea eating into the coast. Lots of opportunities for walks on the beach or in the dunes behind the coast. The town itself is a cozy fishing village. Outside the summer season, however, there is not much going on in the town.

Really good place but you have to stay in the city and not 2 km from there which was not in the description, but a really nice city with good shops, good places to eat and a good beach, and would like to come again but for an overnight stay in the city where the distance cannot fail, visit Rubjerg Knude

Charming and cozy town with several good restaurants and cozy shops. Very nice beach where there was also a barrier in the water to reduce the waves so that even smaller children could swim.

Lønstrup has wonderful beaches.
Lønstrup has wonderful beaches. The village is very cozy, with many pleasant terraces, restaurants, shops, and art boutiques. There's a large supermarket open until midnight. Everything is within walking distance.

A great place to spend the night after a trip to Norway. It's only half an hour from the ferry. We had no idea it was such a lovely place. Definitely worth staying longer than one night. We'd love to go back.

Fantastic place, it was just a night to catch the ferry early on the next day. However, we are totally coming back. What a beautiful and cozy small city and camping place.
