It was last minute decision to see the famous white rocks at the high season so we were lucky to find any accomodation in the area at all. Normally we prefer privat bathroom, but after all this one worked perfectly (shared with the owners). There are only three rooms on the floor, so if you travel in the pack you may enjoy it fully. Toilet and "dry kitchenette" make it pretty comfortable. We liked the couple ruling the business very much. 20 minutes distance from the main attraction let us see it in the eve and in the moring next day. Highly recommeneded. Small hidden beach is reachable by car by the way.

Amazing breakfast, the little pods were comfy but I can imagine they can feel very small if the weather is not good. Very good location close to the beach, bathroom is a short walk into the main building, there are two toilets and one shower to share with the other pod.

The room and the whole property looked absolutely charming, and we had a great view into the garden from our window. We even saw a rabbit there once! The landlady was also very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped. The breakfast buffet had a selection that wasn't huge, but still covered a wide range of tastes, with food of excellent quality. Parking also worked perfectly.

The location was excellent and the proprietors ever so helpful. Let us store our luggage and bikes early in the morning so we could explore the island. Went out of their way to help us figure out public transit. Community kitchen was great

We drove to Stege and Mons Klint from Copenhagen - an easy drive and well worth the trip. We loved the GeoCenter and the cliffs themselves. We probably could have spent a little more time there to enjoy the many trails and time on the beach. We only had a few hours; a full day would have been better, but the time we had was well-spent. In the late evening/early morning we headed to Dark Sky Nyord to catch a glimpse of the amazing Milky Way and we were not disappointed! Stege itself had lots of nice food options. We enjoyed pizza at Restaurant Pizzeria Defino and were impressed by the bustling business they were doing. It's apparently quite popular with the locals too.

The town and the area are really worth a visit. BUT Hotel Præstekilde took no responsibility, even though they had approved our reservation in February - 3 rooms for two days - 7,570 kr. We were kicked out after one night without compensation or refund of the deposit for accommodation in three rooms.

We especially enjoyed Mons Klint, the main reason we stayed there. Because this location is one of the five dark areas where you can see the stars with the naked eye, we chose Nyord. Unfortunately for us, it was cloudy.

The town was lively and we had an excellent lunch at Davids...

The town was lively and we had an excellent lunch at Davids Café. We visited the Collectors Museum where we met very nice and friendly volunteer staff. Our hotel was lovely and their mini golf course could be used in the evening after dinner on a self-service basis. It worked well!

Super nice cozy town with lots of fun shops. The town is well located for excursions on Møn, which is definitely worth visiting. Møn is beautiful and we definitely want to return another time, maybe with bikes, as it would be nice to be able to cycle around the island a bit.

The town of Stege is charming, with many restaurants, charming little shops, and several supermarkets. It plays a central role on the island. The old part is great for walking, and in the summer there are many sports and other activities.

Excellent place to stay on Møn. Hotel comfort combined with countryside charm. Rooms and bathrooms are of good size. Great breakfast and coffee, and very hospitable hosts. In the dining room/cafe they have a variety of games. Especially table hockey and football were popular among younger guests. We missed that dinner was available on the spot and brought our own charcoal grill. There was a place to set it in the backyard. Next time we will have dinner - it smelled delicious.

Since I was alone and had no neighbors, it was very quiet and comfortable to sleep. A hard bed is a big plus for me. Inside, it was clean and smelled nice. The breakfast, in itself, deserves the highest praise!!! The very fact that they make Øllebrød themselves. It was very tasty!! Good filter coffee was a pleasant surprise. A huge thank you for that. The main building of the hotel is very hygge.

Island of Mon is excellent destination for cycling, Stege nice town to stay and Apotheek Garden perfect historical B&B to stay. You will not find nicer hosts, comfortable room and simple but good breakfast. Extra tip (from host and now from me), have a dinner at Slagter Stig one night.

Large rooms with private bathroom. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful view from the window of the bay. Possibility to rent kayaks. Large dining room and well-equipped kitchen. Peace and quiet. Close to Stege and Stege skov. A place worth recommending.
