What an amazing place! The facilities, pools and rooms are first class. The Hacienda Lodge was a once in a lifetime opportunity for us, we were absolutely thrilled to spend our time there. The hummingbirds buzzed around, walking/hiking trails easily accessible, the lodge itself was built many years ago by hand, dug into the mountain side with beautiful cave rooms that have been expanded with an indoor balcony. Extremely clean and well maintained. Beer/Chocolate tasting and Wine/Cheese tasting was fantastic. Thank you Manuel for making this such a memorable experience, you were so knowledgeable and passionate. Don’t miss out!!! BOOK IT!

    Breakfast has fruit, juices, coffee and much more than you expect, but the food served in restaurant must be improve, in quantity and variety. The cabins are so expensive for the accommodation which provide, specially, the tiny and small beds in the second floor, with out any other simple and cheap furniture to store your clothes. Bat towels are older, needs to be replace and improve these quality, if you are paying for a luxury hotel spa in Papallacta area.

    The rooms are very comfortable. Opt for one with a fireplace. They stoke and light the fireplace just before retiring for the night. The restaurant has excellent food options and beer +liquor is also available. Everything is reasonably priced. There are several pools, all with varying temperatures. The atmosphere at this hotel is perfect for a quiet getaway. The property offers secure parking, good wifi throughout, and good quality linens and towels.

    I forgot my Macbook charger at the hotel and they went way out of their way to drop it off at my next hotel at the Quito Airport. The breakfast was abundant and varied and the location perfectly close to the hot springs but not too close to be affected by all the touristy noise. It is possible to start nice walks from the hotel and get immersed within nature right away.

    The staff and owner are awesome. Super friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Bed was very comfortable. The temperature of papallacta was chilly, and our room came with heaters, which kept us nice and warm throughout the night. Best of all we were just a block away from the Hot springs and a bunch of restaurants. Highly recommend staying hear. Super affordable.

    This is a beautiful space with a very creative design aesthetic. We were very happy with the staff, the location, and the comfort of the space. This is located within a few minutes walk of the Papallacta Hot Springs, making it an ideal location to stay.
