Good location in the historical center, beautiful space with a nice garden.
Very nice rooms for an affordable price.
In the evening there are many free activities which are very fun! (Cooking class, beer tasting, salsa dancing etc.)
The staff is very nice!
Also the food in the restaurant is great with reasonable prices, and the beer they brew there is great!

BoliviaThe property is centrally located in the historic district of Quito. The hotel is immaculate and has beautiful furnishings. The hosts treat you like family and the breakfast is delicious!! Hernan is an experienced tour guide and has lived his entire life in Quito. He can arrange tours throughout the city as well as other cities and provides transportation in his car. We were able to take our time taking pictures and exploring the surroundings. We highly recommend this hotel and hope to return in the future with family and friends. We felt very safe in his hands.

United StatesThis is an elegant boutique hotel. The outside is deceiving but inside is tasteful with rooms surrounding an inner courtyard. The suite we stayed in was wonderful - spacious, clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated and furnished. The staff, and Andrea in particular, are excellent - attentive and doing what they can to make sure the stay is a success. The breakfast was nice with fresh juice, fruit, and eggs made to order. The location is walkable and felt safe even coming back in the early evening. Plenty of restaurants close by as well as various historic buildings. Lots of little touches that showed concern for guest well being.

EcuadorMy wife and I live in Quito and we both love the historic center of the city and we visit regularly, even though we live just a few miles away. The hotel is beautiful, inside and out. Everyone who works at the hotel does everything they can to ensure you will have the best stay possible. Miryan is the older Ecuadorian woman who checked us in and also saw us off on the day we left and she also served us breakfast on a couple of mornings. Karla is a young Ecuadorian woman who served us breakfast the other mornings and both of them could not have been nicer and more personable. Our breakfasts were delicious, consisting of freshly cut fruit, eggs, toast, fruit juice and good strong coffee. I especially appreciated there was plentiful hot water for our showers each morning. There was a big bottle of water available to fill up our water bottles each day and the hotel had a nice selection of wine to purchase that my wife and I appreciated because we were celebrating our Anniversary.

The buildings and the city is beautiful.
The buildings and the city is beautiful. Go to La Compañia, San Francisco Church and the Museum, Virgen del Panecillo, Telesferiqo and visit Guayasamin Museum. The food is good but not surprising. The conditions in the downtown are difficult. Too much poverty and it is dirty. To be honest, a day and a half is more than enough.
