EcuadorStaff was friendly and accommodating. I incidentally arrived early and that was no problem. They got me checked in and I was able to order a meal on arrival which was excellent. Staff speaks both Spanish and English. Room was comfortable and pleasant. The site is peaceful. Wifi worked great. TV worked great. They were able to shuttle me to the airport late in the night.

EcuadorThe service was exceptional, we were received immediately and kindly, the personnel was very helpful and the communication was fluent both in English and Spanish. We returned late at night but the personnel opened the door right away within seconds. Excellent customer service overall. The room was beautiful, it was rustic but comfortable, clean and offered a full set of towels. The breakfast was excellent, natural juice, fresh fruit. The location of the hotel was strategic to wander around the historical center of Quito. Amazing experience. Will return.

United StatesThis is an elegant boutique hotel. The outside is deceiving but inside is tasteful with rooms surrounding an inner courtyard. The suite we stayed in was wonderful - spacious, clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated and furnished. The staff, and Andrea in particular, are excellent - attentive and doing what they can to make sure the stay is a success. The breakfast was nice with fresh juice, fruit, and eggs made to order. The location is walkable and felt safe even coming back in the early evening. Plenty of restaurants close by as well as various historic buildings. Lots of little touches that showed concern for guest well being.

The buildings and the city is beautiful. Go to La Compañia, San Francisco Church and the Museum, Virgen del Panecillo, Telesferiqo and visit Guayasamin Museum. The food is good but not surprising. The conditions in the downtown are difficult. Too much poverty and it is dirty. To be honest, a day and a half is more than enough. We left bags here while we traveled out of Quito and there was no problems with securing them again. Yes I would recommend this hotel.
