Comfy, big, clean, good views, quick staff response, amazing facilities (lots of furniture to enjoy all the rooms, including the balcony and lots of kitchenware, free laundry), and extra nice details like a handwritten welcoming post card, good coffee, polaroid camera to print our memories!

What a beautiful apartment, in a cool building, in a lovely neighborhood. Very easy to get around, close to markets, restaurants, and walking distance (20min) to old town, and a lot of the touristy locations. The apartment was modern, clean, and had the perfect amount of utensils/pans/dishes, etc to make meals. The staff was wonderful, even though everything was done virtually. If any issues or questions arose, they responded quickly and were very helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here, and would definitely stay here again for any future visits.

- Great location near Ulemiste mall and train stop and the airport. - The off-site staff is exceptional — there was a fire alarm for most of two days during my previous stay but the hosts made sure to reimburse me for one night. - The rooms are extremely spacious, clean and well-designed. A very pleasant stay indeed

The apartment layout, decor, felt like a 5 star hotel. The location is very near the old town (bolt taxi 5 EUR approx). Very clean, my room had an Instax camera we could use to take a few pics and they provided a shopping bag (go green). All in all a very happy experience.

What I liked: -Reception: The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They offered me another suite on the first floor since there were no elevators, which I really appreciated. -Service: The apartments provide 24/7 online help, ensuring any questions or concerns were addressed promptly. The service throughout my stay was exceptional. -Cleanliness: The property was spotless and well-maintained, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. -Staff: The team, especially the girls at the reception, were incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. It’s clear they’re doing their job perfectly. The best team! No significant dislikes during my stay. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, clean property, and attentive staff.
