The stay in the hotel literally exceeded my expectations. The staff are welcoming and the food was very delicious. I booked a room with plunge swimming pool with direct access to the lagoon which was a great experience. The rooms are clean and it deserves every penny. I recommend the hotel in case staying in el gouna.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Serenity Sky Arc Resort – Sahl Hasheesh. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel very welcome and taken care of. The resort is beautifully designed, with a relaxing atmosphere and stunning views that made our stay truly memorable. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the variety of dining options, the beautiful pools, and the family-friendly environment. A special thank you to the General Manager Mr Poles Ramzy And Mr Emad, whose professionalism, attention to detail, and warm hospitality were clearly reflected throughout the resort. His leadership truly shows in the outstanding service we received from the entire team. This was a great place for us to spend quality time together as a family, and we left with wonderful memories. We would definitely recommend Serenity Sky Arc Resort to anyone looking for a mix of comfort, relaxation, and exceptional service.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their friendliness and professionalism. The entire property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which added greatly to our comfort. It’s the perfect place for relaxation — peaceful, scenic, and well-organized.     Hurghada is a beautiful city with plenty of activities and attractions to enjoy. It offers a wide range of resorts to suit every traveler’s needs. I highly recommend staying at Jaz Hotels or Titanic Royal — both provide excellent service and memorable experiences. However, I strongly advise avoiding Titanic Resort & Aqua Park. Unfortunately, the service there was well below expectations.

    We only left the hotel to go running or to the local mall. Having ran in many countries across the world it was to be expected, poor paths, busy roads and wild dogs. The local mall, about two miles in taxi, was very useful and easy to access.

    We only used Hurgada as a place to pick up our dive boat from otherwise I don't think I would recommend Egypt to anyone for a holiday except for the scuba diving which is generally pretty good. The heat between June and September now is ridiculous!

I've stayed in many hotels, but this one stands out as truly unique. A heartfelt thank you to all waiters at the "Arabesque" restaurant, Chef Youssef, and the wonderful manager Muhammed from the "Royal Palm" restaurant. I will definitely stay here again whenever I return to Hurghada and will gladly recommend this hotel to all my friends!

    The Boutique Hotel is positioned in the Hurghada marina central to cafes, bars and departure locations for cruises. The rooftop restaurant is good value and has great views over the Harbour. The rooms were clean, well appointed and serviced daily, the staff could not have been more accommodating. I stayed here for two days to connect with a dive boat, the tarrif was very reasonable, I would definitely stay here again.
