Their manner was very welcoming, they were helpful with directions and how to access transport, though the latter turned out to be a bit tricky, and taxis worked best given the time constraints. They were very accommodating with an early arrival and late departure. They offered a free breakfast which, sadly, I did not enjoy as I already had other plans.

Excellent budget choice right in the heart of Alexandria. The bed was comfortable, A/C worked perfectly and the wifi strong, what else could you need or ask for?! The owner and staff were very warm and accomodating as well. I will definitely return!

the communication with Alaa, the host, was very good. he’s very kind and makes you feel very comfortable since the first second. the property is clean and very close to the main avenue surrounded by cafés, supermarkets and restaurants. I choose to take the tour with him and it was like talking with a friend around the city. i really recommend this place
