Staying in Theban Hills Hotel was truly the best decision we made in Luxor. The hospitality, warmth, and care we received were incredible and made our trip so special. Karem and Mohamed were amazing hosts, always kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made us feel completely at home from the very first moment. The cleanliness was exceptional, everything was spotless and very well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the peaceful atmosphere made this the perfect place to relax, disconnect, and enjoy some quiet time away from the crowds. There was a real sense of calm that made our stay even more special. If you are visiting Luxor and wondering where to stay, don’t hesitate for a second, this is one of the best choices you can make. The property is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Mohammed, the property manager, was incredibly kind and attentive, and all of the waitstaff were warm, welcoming, and accommodating throughout the stay. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. The atmosphere was relaxing, the service was excellent, and it was overall a wonderful place to stay!

Had a really good stay at Crown Hotel in downtown Cairo. The location's spot-on — close enough to all the sights but tucked away just enough to be quiet at night. The staff were top-notch — shout-out to Ahmed and Nancy for being absolute legends, always ready to help out with a smile. Room was clean, comfy, and had great AC (which you'll be thankful for). Not a fancy place, but it’s got real charm and heaps of character. Would definitely come back next time I'm in town. Cheers team!

What can i say, before we arrive, Taha made everything so easy for us, ensured us that everything will be taken care of and indeed, we were taken care of till the end. One of the best hosts I’ve experienced. He will help you with whatever u need, whether u need transportation to get around, or even plan activities. He gave us Ahmed to drive us to the west bank activities, ahmed explained the history the entire way and was fantastic! Next day we were given a boat captain karim to drive us around for east bank activities, after which we hung out on the boat in the nile watching the sunset. Beautiful experience! They prepare breakfast every morning whenever you wake up, tastiest egyptian breakfast, they make the best falafel!! Taha and his team made us feel like it was our home, the ease of access to anything we needed was on point. Thanks again to Taha and his team. I RECOMMEND and i would def come here again!

Rahala Safari is in its own lovely oasis with a garden, dining hall, and protected fireplace. The rooms are thoughtfully appointed, beds are comfy and clean, showers are hot and plentiful. The best part is the hospitality and warmth of their staff. Ahmed and Mahmoud spoiled us rotten with delicious meals, a trip to the hot springs and a two night stay in the desert. We have been in Egypt for a month, and this has been one of our best stays. I cannot recommend Rahala Safari enough!
