New property, very well maintained and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows, towels, etc. Choice of restaurants for lunch and dinner, buffet breakfast with a lot of options. Where to start? Nice welcome. Room in front of the ⛱️ Garden with birds. Everything is like it should be, all inclusive, you don't miss noting actually. From the main restaurant to Italian restaurant/ the best mushroom soup & tenderloin steak, delicious The pool bars, bar on the beach with drinks, snacks & ice cream..... All staff are nice, polite & helpful Entertainment team also It's not our kind of vacation, but we has really good relaxed week and we are very happy and satisfied❤️

This hotel is super! the highlight of our stay was the staff and the management who were extremely nice and offered the maximum hospitality. we were greeted by the hotel manager and he guided through the hotel premises by himself. The hotel is perfect for families and friends who would like to enjoy Marsa Alam and the red sea. The room was spacious with spectacular view and super clean also. This hotel is highly recommended with no doubt or second thoughts. I will definitely be back for another visit. KUDOS to their staff and manager

    Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,too shallow and rocky not sandy.Took quad ride out in desert was fun.Lots of fish to see on reefs,water very clean.marss Mubarak has resident dugong and turtles but didn't see the dugong on our visit.Overall nice place ,a bit on the windy side but nice relief from heat.

    It was lovely to be for a while in an open space, sea, fresh air (during pandemic). Many hotels were closed and only few stayed opened. Yet they were still quite empty. Snorkeling was perfect, weather a but windy (normal In February), stuff in the hotel was happy and wearing masks and gloves. We went to Port Ghalib for a coffee but also most of the places were closed due to covid.
