We had a wonderful family vacation at Serenity Sky Arc Resort – Sahl Hasheesh. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel very welcome and taken care of. The resort is beautifully designed, with a relaxing atmosphere and stunning views that made our stay truly memorable. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the variety of dining options, the beautiful pools, and the family-friendly environment. A special thank you to the General Manager Mr Poles Ramzy And Mr Emad, whose professionalism, attention to detail, and warm hospitality were clearly reflected throughout the resort. His leadership truly shows in the outstanding service we received from the entire team. This was a great place for us to spend quality time together as a family, and we left with wonderful memories. We would definitely recommend Serenity Sky Arc Resort to anyone looking for a mix of comfort, relaxation, and exceptional service.

Our stay at Serenity Alma was truly perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly attentive, proactively addressing our needs and going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their friendly and professional approach made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our visit. The aqua park was the highlight of the trip for our kids, offering a variety of slides and pools that kept them entertained for hours. It was clear that the facilities were thoughtfully designed with families in mind, providing a safe and fun environment that both children and parents could enjoy. The food was another standout aspect of our stay, far exceeding our expectations. The variety, quality, and flavors impressed us all, and even our picky eaters found dishes they loved. The attention to detail in every meal reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellence.     Everything is OK.

    Everything is OK. Except that at the end the owner accuses you of opening some cupboard and drinking 3 beers without paying him. Ah, you specifically asked for his approval and left him money! Complaints follow to Booking, which asks you for 200 dollars for 3 small beers. I don't know... is this some kind of drain scheme, but be careful with this stuff!!!
