TurkeyIt is a great property especially for family with kids. The activities, pools, beach side, setting around is more than I’ve expected. The whole staff especially Eliza in customer service was so helpful. They have offered us a complimentary dinner which was also nice gesture…
Our flight was 3am in the morning and they even helped us to use the facilities after our trip on our check out day where we need to use showers. This is a great customer service!!! Well done Pickalbatros, we’r looking forward to come back again in March or April in our nearest vacation…

United Statesi have no words to describe how amazing this vacation was. Mr Mohamed el Gohary assisted us in every single detail. I travel a lot and I’ve been in countless places but never in my life i’ve seen this kind of service, cleanness, hospitality and experience. the food was mind blowing too. i think life is too short to travel to the same place twice but in all honesty I can’t wait to be back to meraki!

TurkeyEveryone is helpful and smiles always. Hotel is so clean and best food in that area. Mohamed Abdelstar in the lobby did he best for us all the time. Mr. Erkan Sezen who is hotel manager one of the best manager ever. Moamen who is in spa center is fantastic guy. Recommended at all.
