Los Gigantes is realy nice place, but there is not much things to do. We really enjoied family trip with Flipper Uno and good location to visit Teide national park. Anyway if you want to see the busy places with a lot of shops and good night life this place is not the best, but if you are the family and want to have some relax after busy days with to get to know the country this is good choice for you. Apartment 4 was ideally located, had a comfortable bed and was a large apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a good sized patio area (furniture is cheap) Pool are isnt very appealing, surrounded by an ugly broken fence and equipped with cheap tables and chairs some of which were broken. The apartment was mostly clean but there was someone's underwear left in the apartment, the patio door handles were broken, one needed to kick the gate to get in we had to climb the low wall initially. We did have a super holiday but I am an honest person and review accordingly. There was a broken dining chair in the apartment, 1 of the showers didn't drain so we were stood in dirty water, there wasn't a fan or window and in the rooms where the fans did work the light wouldn't switch off, the lounge fans wouldn't work either. It's built right on the side of the cliffs so it's very hilly but the views are spectacular. Large British community so lots of fried breakfasts, pub lunches and roast dinners available but there are also authentic Spanish and Canary restaurants. Small complex which meant there were always plenty of sunbeds available around the pool, which was a lovely temperature. The harbour and beach were a 10 min walk away, and although the walk back is uphill it is quite manageable provided you have no mobility/health issues. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful.
