We booked for a night on our way back to Madrid and ended up regretting that we did not stay longer. The hotel and the owner are delightfull. The village is a gem and the hotel is situated at the entrance of the village so close to the parking and an excellent restaurant at the entrance of the village. Breakfast is excellent. We absolutely plan to return on a next trip.

What I liked most was the tranquility of the place, it was incredibly peaceful and perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were absolutely lovely and responsive to every need we had. They also gave us great tips on where to go, which really enhanced our trip. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and breakfast was varied and amazing – something for every taste. Our room was spacious, the bathroom looked brand new, and everything was beautifully decorated. All in all, a wonderful experience!

This was the first night of our trip and we only stayed one night but wished we had booked for longer. The hotel is beautifully decorated and comfortable and in a brilliant location. We could not have been made more welcome by Almudena.. We had time for the 20 minute chair massage followed by the jacuzzi pool which is not to be missed. We then had tapas in the bar with a local wine which were excellent. Breakfast in the morning was also delicious. Seguenza itself is stunning and merits much more than a one night stopover.

Housed in a superb and well-preserved Arab fortress, dating from the 12th century, the Siguënza provides magnificent accommodation for exploring the historical region of Castilla La Mancha.
