The landscape around is beautiful and varied.
The landscape around is beautiful and varied. The town has everything you need. To make the most of it do visit the really helpful woman in Tourist Information (closed Mondays and Tuesdays). The historical tour is well worth doing and you get to see inside places that are not otherwise open. The more you explore, the more you appreciate the detail of your surroundings. Alhama de Granada's old town is lovely but some areas have become a bit run down since our last visit 8 years ago. It may not be suitable for people with mobility issues. The gorge is stunning and there are some great walks. The Balneario Alhama De Granada with its spa and hot springs is a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk. The beautiful Los Bermejales Reservoir is a 20-minute drive but well worth a visit.Guest review byGrahamSpain - 8.0

The place is decorated beautifully ánd exudes a traditional flamenco vibe with great artists flattering the walls and around the clock flamenco music playing. The outside terrace is a great place to chill and enjoy the beautiful view. We'd definitely return.
