We walked towards the Long Beach looking for a place to swim, but the rocky beach was littered with trash..some buildings look abandoned. We had a wonderful dinner at the local Alibaba restaurant. We visited Benicarlo specifically for the Artichoke Festival which was a lot of fun -- and a terrific bargain with great food. Not sure what else one might want to do in the town. Summer maybe for the beach and marina. Nice little museum, pleasant walking in the old city.Guest review byLarrySpain
