Spotless clean, good size room plenty of wardrobe space, excellent bathroom and well soundproofed. Very comfortable bed. Smack bang in the heart of old town, it's an absolute gem. Forget 2 stars this is 4 star family boutique hotel. Lovely breakfast... couldnt fault this place, we were in 6 star in Paris this year and preferred this.

    Hmm, it was my first time.

    Hmm, it was my first time. It was fun but just right for a long weekend (in my personal opinion) I was with friends so it was cool and we had fun BUT its not what I look for in a beach holiday. It did feel busy (wasn't uncomfortably crowded - Beg of Sept) but plenty of people. Umm its your typical comfortably english holiday. Plenty of restaurants and bars and the beach was nice and clean. I think its def better than I expected and the service throughout Benidorm was pretty good. Everyone seemed friendly just very built up and did have that sorta 80s feel although I can see they are modernising it a lot (The Barcelò hotel is a good example of this) Felt the age range was either "lads first holiday OR older couples who enjoy visiting Benidorm every year" Didnt see a mid crowd. Again, not a problem just explaining my opinion. Overall, its fine, you get what you need if you just want some sun, sand , drinks and food. I was with some gay mates who went for Gay Pride and that made it pretty fun but did feel Pride wasnt really represented as much but it was ok. My friend experienced his first homophobic experience on the lift of the hotel. It was innocent by some young lads who dont know better but it was his first time and we were surprised being that Benidorm is so gay friendly. Its a very big mix of different types of people so I suppose its expected. Otherwise - fun place to go with some good mates who let their down and just go with the flow.

    Although the beaches of Benidorm are excellent, with wonderful sand, they are overcrowded with people, leaving no space for an umbrella, and you end up swimming alongside lots of others simultaneously. The city feels like a big metropolis with tourists everywhere; the sheer number of people can be overwhelming, since so many come to this part of Spain in search of the drinking culture brought by the British on holiday.

    The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to the old town and tapas alley. Restaurants and bars all within easy walking distance The hotel is room only with a 24 hour reception and friendly staff The rooms have everything you need including great sea views and balcony if you pay a little extra. A great walk in shower and in room fridge and room safe. The rooms are clean and the rooms are subsequently cleaned daily Great place for a few days break in sunny Benidorm. Excellent value for money. Will be back next Christmas.

    The 5 bed, 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment was very well laid out and comfortable. It's location was 5 mins away from Benidorm old town overlooking the park so it was very quiet. Bath and hand towels were provided. Value for money was excellent. Being linked to the Hotel Crystal meant you could use their facilities like the pool, bar and entertainment lounge. It also provided safe storage of our luggage on the day of departure.

    Basic but clean accommodation in the centre of the old town of Benidorm. Polite helpful staff and okay sized rooms. There is a public car park directly opposite the hotel, which is almost the only parking in the area. It's a bit costly but convenient for 24hr parking if you don't intend to move the car.
