Lovely little hotel in Cala Bona. Staff were exceptionally friendly. The hotel is in a great location just a short 10 minute walk to the beach. On arrival, we were greeted with a complimentary glass of Cava which we thought was lovely. The food was amazing and breakfast was great with a huge choice of different food and the scrambled egg was really tasty!

Great location and it was very big. It was nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy the atmosphere. Good communication. Wifi in the living areas - didn’t stretch to bedrooms but was fine. Air con also good enough in 41 degree heat. Again, not in individual bedrooms, but was good. The property didn’t have any cockroaches- I was worried about this from a previous review.

Great location, in the most beautiful house, full of rustic charm, great artwork and well equipped. We had an amazing stay here and the pool was great and well maintained. We were worried about it not being heated but it was the perfect refresh from the sun. The villa is so private, in a really nice neighbourhood with a cut through to the sea front just outside the door. As you can see from the pictures, the gardens are something special and like its own mini paradise.

Exceeded our expectations. Receptionists and other staff were helpful, and could also communicate in several languages. The rooms were large and we appreciated having a kitchenette. Additionally, it was off season and the kids club had activities all through which our little one oved.

Great location, dorm was great!! very spacious, cozy bed, amazing shower
Cala Bona is a beautiful little harbour. We were part of a large group so had to make dinner reservations in some restaurants otherwise its a quiet enough resort made up mostly of families or older couples. You can wander to Cala Millor (about 20 min stroll) if you want more shops, restaurants etc. Porto Cristo is beautiful and bus to and from it runs right from Cala Bona - definitely worth a visit! Pay by card on local transport - it's near half the price!

this is a very nice 4 star hotel, the staff are very helpful and friendly, the location is perfect, next to the sea and near the harbour.
It is clean, lots of towels, great shower.
The swimming pool area is nice but the pool is too small for a proper swim.
I didn't have breakfast in the hotel.
The health centre or at least the exercise machines should be open earlier for example at 7am because people who exercise often do it first thing before breakfast.
the staff were nice and friendly and everything is clean, the t.v. was big and works fine.
And at the back of the hotel you can sit by the sea for an evening meal or breakfast with a wonderful wonderful view, you are right by the sea.
There are souvenir shops near and other hotels. There are also a few supermarkets near - BIP and Spar-
The bar area is intimate and nice.
I think it's good value and I would stay again but I would try to get a room with a sea view.

Lovely little town with a pretty marina.
Lovely little town with a pretty marina. Lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. Easy to use coastal cycle path. We cycled to S'Illiot for lunch with our children (12 and 8) which they found easy enough. Lots of bike rental options in Cala Bona.

Lovely location, beautiful port, but I have limited mobility, so couldn't walk far. The nearby beach where I could walk to couldn't be accessed because of rocks and my mobility, but there was a more sandy beach a little further along.
Hotel was lovely, but small shower room and not enough toiletries (We only had hand luggage).
On departure, they were great. Had a luggage room and shower room (No charge) so we could freshen up before we left! Fantastic! Would def return

It wasn’t really our type of resort but it is great for families who are looking for a bucket and spade type holiday.
Restaurants are very much geared up to the British market rather than local cuisine and consisted of lots of pizza and pasta type cuisine. Very little fine dine.
Bars again are for the Brits with Benidorm type acts which wasn’t for us. No refined bars unless you stayed in the hotel.
If you can get outside of the resort then there would be far more choice.

Cala Bona is a lovely small resort with great promenade...
Cala Bona is a lovely small resort with great promenade that leads into Cala Millor . The small harbour is very nice with some good restaurants close by . There are regular buses to a few places eg Porto Cristo, Manacor , Cala Ratjada but the TIB buses don’t go up to Alcudia , C’an Picafort, Puerto Pollensa or to Port de Soller like they used to do in the summer so you are limited where you can visit without booking an excursion or jumping in a taxi. Cala Bona is quite flat with plenty of nice restaurants and bars and a small sandy beach.

Hotel was beautiful, location nice and quiet, food was delicious. Apartment was very spacious, lots of activities for kids and big kids. Reception although we didn't need to ask was always happy to help, Marina especially for taking us to our apartment when we arrived late. Well done Protur for a excellent 3 night break. Its about 10 minute walk to cala bona town which is full of restaurants and bars/shops and about 20 mins to cala millor with a beautiful beach, its worth a extra walk just for the beach. Beautiful holiday ❤️ 💕
Breakfast was amazing. Dinner was ok but a bit like school dinner and I wouldn’t rush to book it again. Amazing price with booking.com but direct or with jet2 were stupid prices for the hotel which isnt worth the prices they are charging this year. I knew the hotel as I have stayed before , the staff are fantastic and it’s family ran and it shows. Fab entertainment (if you can get a seat) and the rooms have been upgraded with air con which is a definite bonus x
