Easy & SAFE walking distance to all restaurants, shops, beach, bars & some nightlife. It is slightly more expensive to eat on the beachfront, compared to some restaurants down the side roads. Plenty of choices. There was an AWESOME sushi buffet restaurant, called Yamasato, not too expensive & with a good variety of dishes besides sushi. Not all waitrons spoke English but there was 1. I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. When I arrived at 5:30 pm for check-in, the hotel was closed. I called the hotel and was met with aggression over the phone. When the staff finally arrived, I paid and was waiting for my room. During this time, another existing guest came in, and the staff member completely ignored me, leaving me hanging for several minutes while he chatted with the other guest. This lack of professionalism and respect was infuriating. To make matters worse, I was not given a receipt for my payment nor was I provided with the Wi-Fi password. I forgot to ask upon arrival, likely because I was intimidated by the staff's rude and unprofessional behavior. Later, I sent a WhatsApp message requesting the Wi-Fi password, but I never received a response until after I had already left the hotel the next morning. When I informed the hotel that I would write a review about their non-existent services and unprofessional conduct, they canceled my reservation without any valid reason, preventing me from leaving a review on their booking platform. Additionally, the room was nothing like the pictures on the booking site. It was a complete misrepresentation and added to the overall disappointment of my stay. Overall, my stay was ruined by the staff's aggressive, disrespectful, and unprofessional behavior, as well as the misleading room photos.
