Everything was perfect. The staff and owners are wonderful and went above and beyond to make our visit to Basque County perfect. Everything is well maintained, and the room was big, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is exceptional. The location is ~1 hour from Bilbao, and there are many things to see in and around Ellorio. Thank you Elena, Maider, and Niko for making this an exceptional experience! Free public parking is available 5 min away from the hotel.

The staff were amazing and the building was very comfortable with lovely common spaces. The restaurant was great for both dinner and breakfast. Best food we had on this trip so far and that says a lot in the basque region. It is about 1km off the Camino del Norte but worth the journey. Staff were very helpful for one of the group who was injured and needed a taxi.

    This is a simple hotel, but the facilities exceeded our expectations, the surroundings are spectacular, the bar/restaurant was lively with a good ambience, the service was first class and we particularly enjoyed meeting and talking with the friendly proprietor. We ate at the hotel restaurant, which is essentially a grill, and the food was outstanding.
