It was very clean and staff/owners were very courteous. They really make an effort to make you comfortable, otherwise they give you privacy and space. I loved the shower with two heads. Nice fixture. I also liked the convenience of having Wi-Fi so I could use my laptop.

This is a unique, one of a kind hotel with downstairs bar and a restaurant in a very small town close to Toledo. So, hotel...it's OK, basic stuff. Bed, small TV, Wifi, Nothing fancy, it's 1-star hotel, hence the value. But, the highlight of this location is the restaurant. It's the best thing in this small town, and locals come to it in the evening, especially on weekends. They have a higher culinary pedigree in serving really top of the line meals. Very fine dining, but not very expensive. Match that with a cool bar for decently priced drinks before dinner, which by the way starts at 2100, and top it off with high quality meals. You can tell it's good when by 2130 it gets full, all tables taken. I recommend this stay not for the hotel, but for the restaurant option. Then next day you can drive to Toledo, which in only about 30 min away.
