There are free large carparks available which we found when visiting had plenty of spaces, which are on the level ground and just on the edge of Girona old town. Within Girona old town there is limited parking which is mainly for accessible parking. Girona old town has a lot to offer, its full of character, plenty of places to and drink and historical building to explore.Cowan - Scored 1010

We liked the ambience, relaxed dining and multiple coffee shops. The history of the buildings and the narrow streets is interesting and attractive. We loved the access to the trails to walk and run and the cycling was fantastic.

Underrated due to its proximity to Barcelona but Girona...
Underrated due to its proximity to Barcelona but Girona itself is worth a visit , I found it fascinating . The old town with it's cobblestone narrow streets and great restaurants and the nearby historical buildings are stunning.
