The property was small and personal. The views from the pool were fabulous. The sun loungers also were excellent and very comfortable and no changing for them. The entertainment was also fab and the food.

It was very modern and well decorated. It was extremely clean and the staff were fantastic, really friendly and they went the extra mile! There was also a rooftop bar with incredible views which was relaxing whilst drinking a few cocktails.

La Cala is so lovely.
La Cala is so lovely. Been there lots but never stayed until now. It's got everything you need for a fantastic holiday. The restaurants are all amazing, priced well, lots of choice too. It is growing in popularity but still has a small town spanish feel about it. Very safe at night and we enjoyed the Fair. Lots of places to eat and drink and the beach is great. A good location to visit other places nearby such as Marbella or Mijas itself.Barrington - Scored 1010

it is a little town with a wonderful beach, fantastic restaurants, all in walking distance, great flee market twice a week, near to anything going south the coast direction Marbella or north direction Fuengirola - Málaga. They have a beautiful Golf course. Live entertainment on weekend.

La Cala de Mijas is a perfect location to base your stay...
La Cala de Mijas is a perfect location to base your stay especially if you like to travel to other neighbouring towns using the local transport, which is very good value for money for the distance you travel. It has a big market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings that have excellent fruit and veg stalls as well clothing etc. It has a huge boardwalk that is brilliant to walk along and it's all on the flat. There are many bars and restaurants to choose from and 'Bar Legends' has live entertainment, tribute bands and once inside the owner and staff really look after you. We live not far away but always look forward to our visits here and have never been disappointed. Would recommend it to people of all ages.AnnSpain

Our room was very comfortable and clean and the staff were always most helpful. We had dinner on two of the evenings we stayed. The food was good, plentiful and excellent value for money.
