The location just 5 min to the boarder of Gibraltar. The room was large and the water pressure was very good. Nearby parking was very good if you prepaid at the machine. 7 Euro for 24 hours and 13 Euro for 48 hours. The reception staff were very helpful.

The whole stay In Gibraltar was worth it, if only for the experience of sleeping in this boathouse! We simply loved it! The place was amazing, completely new, comfortable, with a balcony on top of the roof, where we sat sunbathing, and enjoying a drink in the evening with the cliff of Gibraltar view. Barbara and Arik were super helpful, arranged flowers and chocolates on our arrival, and provided bicycles for all the family. Wished we could stay longer!

Great place to visit.
Great place to visit. The evening more than the day as there is a large selection of cafes bars and restaurants open until late with so many options. We spent the days in Gibralta and evenings in La Linea

Beautiful coastline.
Beautiful coastline. A wide variety of restaurants and cafes at very reasonable prices. A surprisingly lovely town with many pretty squares,, interesting architecture and pleasant pedestrianised town centre. It exceeeded all of our expectations. We had stayed in La Linea primarily to be able to visit Gibraltar on foot - but we eventually chose to spend more time than planned in La Linea. There is an excellent street market on a Wednesday.

A very dated 1970's hotel in desperate need of refurbishment...
A very dated 1970's hotel in desperate need of refurbishment or demolition. It more resembled a Spanish prison. Most of the outside was falling apart with areas boarded up, and filled in with concrete blocks. The majority of rooms overlook waste ground with only a few premium rooms overlooking Gibraltar. The rooms inside were 1970's decor with some paint peeling, but the worst parts were that air conditioning made the room hotter and the bed was harder than the floor!. only book this hotel if you are to poor to afford anything else! A waste of money - 6.0

This accommodation is of a very basic nature. On the booking site it is described as a hostel and this is what it is. You have a room that was clean. It has 2 single beds, the mattresses are short and not very comfortable. There is no space to move in the room and no view from the window, this room is only for sleeping in and nothing more, very difficult to relax here. There is a private bathroom which is fine, shower is excellent.

From $92 per nightLocated at a perfect spot to cross over to Gibraltar without having to pay the ridiculous hotel prices there! The rooms were cosy, quiet and comfortable, the entire apartment was homely. Loved the kitchen and the serving window, I was able to keep an eye on our daughter without keep having to leave the room whilst cooking dinner! Parking was literally right on the door stop which came as a relief considering La Linea can be a difficult place to find parking. We will be back no doubt!

Sergio met us to let us into the underground parking and take us to the apartment. He also showed us where to find groceries and gave us an excellent restaurant recommendation in La Linea. The apartment was clean and looked as it does in the pictures. I definitely recommend this property!
