Great hostess Mariesol. Didn't speak Englisg but we coped. She organised a meal for us, local fare which was delicious. She also organised an early breakfast for us. Nothing was a problem. Was quite knowledgeable about camino invierno which is what we are walking.

The accommodation was really good, would recommend for a stay. Also the garden is super nice and there is a common fridge with drinks for a reasonable price. We didn't try the pool but some other guests seemed to enjoy it. The location is great if you want to visit Las Medulas.

Customer service is really attentive and helpful, 5/5. The accomodation really exceeded our expectations, everything is new and well thought to make our stay as comfortable as possible, having in mind that it is located in the countryside (a little but pretty village) it counts on all the ammenities of an urban flat. In addition, its location makes it a very convenient starting point for visiting the several landmarks around and the city of Ponferrada as well (only 10 min away). Cleaning and overall state of the accomodation is excellent.
