The room was amazing: large, well-equipped and with great view to woods and hills. Parking is free from charge and good accessible. Staff are proficient in English and friendly & efficient. Albeit it is located outside the old city it is reasonable easy to reach by car (I have no experience with public transport or taxi).

La Perla was our first real contact with Spanish hospitality; this overthrew all preconceptions of standoffishness. Front desk staff could not do enough for us! The public areas of the hotel are beautifully kept and feature the work of local artisans for sale, images of the rich and famous who patronised the hotel, and historic bullfighting artefacts. Our room was well-appointed with view to a back street which is part of the Encierro. Breakfast was generous, with cold and hot components. The breakfast room was well-served by a few staff members at this slow time of year. At a room rate which was discounted by 40%, we couldn’t look past this grand old hotel on Pamplona’s main square.

Outstanding in all perspectives. Friendly staff, nice and clean room, very good bed, nice and functional bathroom with rain shower, just sumptuous breakfast with freshly pressed orange juice, cakes, croissants, eggs cooked at your desire. Clearly this hotel's management know what they are doing.

Stunning views with fully equipped rooms and generous space both for the room and bathroom. The balcony is a perfect fit with the room. As with all Spanish locations the restaurant and bar has a very strange schedule being mostly closed. They don’t have a pool but they give the alternative to use a nearby facility for a fee and that’s a bit downsize for a pricy location.

I spent three nights there, and it was an interesting experience because you really feel like part of the local community, especially on weekends. The place is very clean, although the internet can be a bit unstable, it’s generally acceptable. The mattresses are incredibly comfortable and definitely worth the stay. Additionally, the 50 kWh car chargers are a significant advantage, as they are the only ones available in the area.

Icon hotel made our rest after Petra 6 hour hiking more than confortable: it was 5 minutes walk from rhe entrance, we arrived way before the check in hour and they took all our luggage which they brought to our room. Issa was very kind to us. Beds and pillows were very confortable and the shower had rain-like water both cold and hot. Very good value for money, I would repeat.
