Set on Camino de Santiago Pilgrimage Route, Hostería Casa Flor offers free Wi-Fi and a terrace overlooking the garden. The hotel is located in Murias de Rechivaldo and includes a restaurant. The room and bathroom was spacious and very clean! Also, there was lots of artwork by the owner on the walls-lovely!! Food was some of the best we’ve had!!
Featuring a charming central terrace with a barbecue and rooms with free Wi-Fi, Hotel Rural La Veleta is set in Murias de Rechivaldo, on the Camino de Santiago Pilgrimage Route. Awesome host, did our laundry dried and folded, just like a mother would, daughter helped us booking horses down the road....beautiful, helpful family,
Set in a pretty, stone-walled country house 4 km outside Astorga and on the Camino de Santiago Pilgrimage Route, Casa Rural Las Águedas offers heated, rustic-style rooms. The place and staff were so welcoming. From getting there to leaving we felt extremely comfortable and at ease. The inner courtyard is a lovely place to sit and chat, or enjoy a drink or boardgame. My daughter had soup for dinner, which was delicious and homely. The breakfast was also very complete and tasty; leaving us all full and satisfied. I can't comment on the village, as we didn't walk around, but the environment around the guest house is so relaxing. We won't hesitate to come back again to this brilliantly run guesthouse. Ps. We had a private room (comfy/good facilities/quiet), so can't comment on the albergue.
Albergue Casa Flor has a restaurant, bar, a shared lounge and garden in Murias de Rechivaldo. Free WiFi is at guests' disposal throughout the property. No bunkbeds (only single beds) and only few beds per room with own bathroom with good shower in every room. Heating in room, which you can turn on/off yourself. Hospitalero is albergue owner german Ingo, who has walked Camino himself and you can share experiences and thoughts about Camino in dinner table. Ingo is very welcoming, friendly and hearty person. I felt like visiting a friend.
This Mediaeval-style, country hotel is set in Pradorrey, a small town 3 kms from Astorga. There is free parking and easy access via the A-6 La Coruña Motorway. Nothing except the young man that checked us in - he was lovely. The place was in the middle of no where with no food no bar no nothing. It was run down looking and our room was not clean and had dodgey electricals.
