Went out of season so may have a bearing but the area felt pretty quiet. There are far too many apartments there for demand - out of season (not sure if it is busier in season). Restaurants are not great - probably because the hotels are all inclusive. Fantastic beaches.
Lots to do - particular in season - water park, theme park, land train etc. Probably more suited to children up to age 13 then mid-late teens.

good beaches, despite the fact that it was the season, it is never overcrowded and has everything necessary for people with mobility difficulties. showers, toilets, a flat beach and a wide and shallow sea, good visibility for children, there are attractions for them everywhere, so children are not bored.

We live in Oropesa, so naturally, we love it here.
We live in Oropesa, so naturally, we love it here. This time of year is festival, and where we live, close to the arena and Bull Ring, it's very noisy, with techno disco music all night. We selected Marina D'or as we know it well and love it there, and we were able to escape the noise but be in familiar surroundings.

Touristic place, mostly for Spanish people. It does have a fantastic coastline with beautiful beaches, commercial area lined up with shops, restaurants, coffee shops and ice-cream parlours. You have everything you need within reach.

Horrible place and very rude owner. Afer the owner first read my (very negative but deserved) review this morning, he decided to send me a Whatsapp to tell me to "Go and F.ck yourself" after adding that guests like me staying only one night were the worst ones!
In my review, I pointed out the bad communication: his agent did not want initially to come and meet me at the property, they wanted me to pick up the keys 3km away.. I insisted and he came in the end. I also pointed out that the property did not have any heating and I was very cold during the night and could not sleep despite putting on 3 or 4 blankets on the bed.
Absolutely shocking, this very unprofessional and rude owner should be banned from the Booking.com Platform. I have been a customer of Booking.com for many years and usually do an excess of 15 bookings per year. I have never had such a bad experience.
AVOID THIS PLACE AND THE OWNER LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Breakfast Hall was immaculate and food very presentable and nice. This hotel was immaculately clean, it had a constant beautiful fresh smell of cleanliness. The staff could have not been more friendly and helpful. Lovely people! The pool was lovely and again very clean. Our stay there was extremely pleasant and 100% would return there for another break. We left very happy guests.

Location is absolutely fantastic, right on the beach, shops and restaurants within seconds from the hotel. Rooms are basic and dated, but very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming:)
