Since the minute we arrived all staff members were extremely nice (front desk, restaurant, bar and pool). Breakfast and dinner had a lot of options with very tasty, fresh and delicious food. Pool was calm and very clean.

For the second time that we go to Prinsotel La Dorada, we spent some fantastic 11 nights this summer. My kids were always busy, they had plenty of activities day and night. The hotel has many swimming pools for all ages and the white sand beach (platja de Muro) is near by. The room was confortable, nice and clean. The animation team were funny, nice and admirable. We will never forget the niceness and professionnalisme of Marco at the restaurant, the manager Manuel was always around making sure that we are enjoying our holidays. So thank you guys. The last day we were sad leaving the hotel, but we are willing to comeback

The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast spread was excellent. We loved having multiple on-site options for lunch and dinner, plus so many activities available without ever leaving the property. We received a complimentary day at the sun beds was such a thoughtful touch and made our trip feel extra special. The pool was large, super clean, and incredibly relaxing. Our room was spotless, and the whole atmosphere was peaceful — truly a perfect holiday. It was also conveniently close to local markets and restaurants in town.

The food is amazing! the staff are super helpful and nice. They know how to charm the guests. super! The rooms are clean. the flooring is in tiles which helps for children not picking up dirt easily. there are multiple swimming pools with enough space and never too crowded. you can use other hotel environment which is really helpful. the crowd is always managed everywhere so it's not crowded anywhere. there are multiple activities for the kids every day and the young staff who manage these are super nice. Ice cream shop for is a bless. outside of the hotel there are multiple places to shop stuff if you need anything. we needed drugstore and they were also helpful. the beach was clean and close. my family loved it! we will definitely be back.

    Nice area with plenty of shops.

    Nice area with plenty of shops. The beach was nice but I suggest to move around, the isle of Mallorca has many nice coves! There are bus that goes pretty much everywhere in the Island (up to the Formentor Lighthouse!), but renting a car is pretty cheap. We visited several coves, and Palma aquarium with its huge shark tank!

    Playa de Muro is pretty much a spot I would recommend to anyone traveling to Mallorca for the first time. The variety of hotels and Airbnbs are pretty much for everyone. The beach itself is very nice and very good if you have kids. The balance between day and night life is also amazing as you have the variety of the restaurants and shops. Be aware that its a beach town so pretty much add +30/40% to every price tag for everything. You can get around this by shopping inland.

    Playa de Muro is a lovely place suitable for a family vacation with children. The area is quiet, the beach is clean and the water is shallow for a long time, which gives parents peace of mind when it comes to their children. The vendors were not pushy and the views allowed you to enjoy your vacation. There are many places where you can eat decently and the menu is varied enough that everyone will find something for themselves. The shops right by the beach definitely charge extra so it's worth thinking about what you need in advance. Getting to the beach is easy and there are plenty of free parking spots around the beach

    Wonderful stay.

    Wonderful stay. Beach was lovely and excellent hotel given it is 4 star. We stayed in other hotels in Alcudia Bay and this was by far the best. We stayed in hotel suites as we were a family of 3, with my teenage daughter.

    The beach is beautiful with fine white sand and crystal clear water. The entrance to the sea is very gentle, suitable even for small children, and the water overall has a beautiful azure color. You feel like you are in the Caribbean :)

    Food was great, loads of choice and good quality. Service and staff also very good. The bed must be the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. Very clean, good choice of pools and a lot for younger kids to enjoy with activities. Loads of sunbeds, although people were reserving them with towels which was supposed to be strictly forbidden (I never saw any removed) there were still loads available. Lovely beach and overall nice hotel just lacking on a few areas for me to rate this with other Melia 4 star hotels.

    Perfect location right on the beach and in walking distance to everything (restaurant, supermarket, drug store, even hospital). Hotel and the room was clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Every day there is some show or activity for kids and maybe also adults. Overall a quite nice family hotel next to one of the most beautiful beaches from Mallorca.
