Great location. Very peaceful. All the reviews about cleanliness and staff friendliness are true. Spotless room, nice pool area, a bottle of water and cava waiting in the room upon arrival, and a small breakfast - with the most delicious bread - left at our door every morning.

Very good diversity of foods and drinks in all-inclusive that can satisfy any taste. loved ice cream machine at nights. Dinners were much better than lunch in general. Wide variety of salads and desserts. Balacony with amazing view of mountain and sea. Unbeatable price (with booking.com genius level 2 discount became very good deal), Jacuzzi, ping pong, Friendly and helpful reception. Breakfast from 7:30 to 10:00 Lunch 13:00 to 15:00 Dinner 18:30 to 21:45 Between those times also there was snack. So if you want to wake up late can survive with snack that includes tortilla, egg, sausages, beans as breakfast. The hotel offers a free shuttle service daily to playa del ingles and maspalmos. We never used it because the distance was 10 min by walking.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at AxelBeach Maspalomas! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and completely at ease. The hotel has a great vibe – stylish, relaxed, and perfectly located. The facilities were top-notch: the pool area was always clean and inviting, the gym was well-equipped, and the garden area offered a perfect place to unwind. A special shoutout goes to Hamza, the masseur – his hands are magic! One of the best massages we've ever had. Professional, attentive, and genuinely kind, he made the whole experience even more relaxing and memorable. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a gay-friendly, fun, and comfortable place to stay in Gran Canaria!

    Love Playa del Ingles, have been going here for about 25 years. If you want nightlife it is all there with plenty of restaurants and bars. If you just want a quiet holiday it is perfect for that too. The vibe of PDI is so relaxed and open with an International crowd.

    In July the water temperature was around 25 degrees Celsius. The sand was soft with traces of black in it. The best part was that we had no algee in th water like we had in Tenerife for example. That water was really clean and some waves (~1m) were also present from time to time. There was no shade except for some trees. Also, the foot showers worked well. We did not like the over 100 stairs we had to climb :)

    It's a busy tourist resort.

    It's a busy tourist resort. We stayed on the edge of it, which suited us. Easy to see the sunrise from the beach in the morning. All the meals we had were good, but we researched Google reviews in advance. I would recommend car hire and using Playa del Ingles as a base to explore the island.

    Atlantic beach club apartments had the best views ever and was the best location. Right on the beach with shopping malls at your doorstep. Annexo II was always very lively with live music at various bars every night and lots of choice for places to eat and drink. The Tipsy Hammock was my favorite. Also bus stop very close for your days trips. We went to Palmitos park and Aqualand. But I’ve heard puerto de Mogan would be great to visit too. We left that for next time we come back. There are so many things to see and do that we have to go back. Also the famous Yumbo Center was only a 10 minute stroll from our apartment. Our apartment had very helpful and friendly staff.

    I went for Grand Canaria Pride, and went the week of which made it difficult to do anything else but party, I should of booked a longer or earlier trip to enjoy the island and the food, a scooter to the mountains and all extra activities. Loved the party and the people were all so friendly- feels like a safe place but still be very aware of your area as many thieves about and looking to rob the tourist when able.

    Absolutely loved my stay at Playa del Sol apartment hotel in Gran Canaria! 🌞 This place exceeded all my expectations. First off, the location is unbeatable — it’s literally only 1 minute to the Yumbo Centre, perfect for shopping, dining, and nightlife. I also loved that I could walk to the beautiful beaches in just a few minutes — super convenient! The apartment itself was fantastic: it had a fully equipped kitchen, a fridge, a safe, and a huge, comfy bed. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One of the absolute highlights was the amazing pool area — the water was warm, which made it so inviting, and the jacuzzi was a dream for relaxing after a day out. I couldn’t have asked for more in a holiday stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend Playa del Sol to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury in Gran Canaria!

    Everything was excellent. I had an all inclusive. I particularly liked spa (pool and floatarium) although I could not use sauna as it is nudist. The hotel has also a solarium on the roof with a small jacuzzi. There is also a games room. In addition there are plenty of sun loungers which are comfortable too. Food and cocktails were tasty. Entertainment was pretty good too with live music in the evenings. I liked the big balcony in my room overseeing the ocean. I will definitely come back again.

    It was my first visit of and enjoy every bit of it. The accommodation was clean and comfy as well as the pool area. The staff was discreet and friendly, especially Hayro who took care of my check-in. The hotel is situated nearby the Playa del Ingles beach however it is also not far from the Maspalomas beach. Yumbo center is 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Definitively will come back again.

    Well the hotel is a gift that keeps on giving. 😀 Was very pleasantly surprised to find all of the things included; free shuttle to Maspalomas beach (I thought it was Playa del ingles), great food choices, cava at breakfast, good entertainment - shout out to the dancers for the Saudade de Brasil - especially on that little stage and the spa was fab.
