Very nice half board. The cuisine was exceptional and to any taste. There are 2 pools and bars. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The balcony is very spacious and has hangers to dry wet clothes!

Fantastic stay! Would highly recommend. Rooms were basic but comfy and had a large shower. Breakfast is a must here, so much variety and they can cater for all. The location is close to the beach and harbor. Staff were always approachable and kind!

We had a wonderful vacation at Sofia Beach hotel, we had the best room in the hotel overlooking the beautiful Alcudia beach and the pool. Hotel is perfectly located for families with kids right on the beach so it's very convenient. The rooms were large enough, clean, modern and in good shape. The staff was great, food at breakfast was tasty and had plenty of options for everyone. The town is a 15 min walk down the beautiful strip along the beach and the nearest restaurants were a 10min walk from the hotel. The old town of Alcudia is very beautiful but you need a car to visit or take the local bus as it's a few kilometers away. The Alcudia beach for us was the best beach on the island, with warmest sea temperature, long shallow entry and turquoose colors, no jelly fish nor large waves, plenty of sports options on the beach and you don't have to pay for sunbeds on the beach (20eur/day) as you can use the sunbeds by the pool within the hotel for free which was also convenient.

    Typical Spanish tourist town. Plenty of good bars and restaurants, some with live music. Would of like it to be a bit more boutique'y and a little less Spanish/British bucket and spade. So not a lot to see, unless you like these very typical Spanish beach resorts. But overall good for a short break.

    The port is lovely, nice restaurants and bars. Not a lot of shops. Nearest Shopping Centre is in Palma. Transfer from Palma by taxi as our flight was a late arrival and no buses available at that hour.

    Nice city with great sand beach, restaurants. The only frustrating was a wind on the beach - it was pretty strong and for some people could be cold and annoying. Not sure whether strong wind is the case for the whole season but most of our stay (11 days in June) it was like that

    Very clean hotel.Near to the beautiful beach. Tanya( Lady from Front desk) it's amazing Women. Very helpful, very easy to talk( she speak four languages fluently). Beautiful and very worm personality. Gentlemen from front desk( work afternoon shift) olso unbelievable nice and helpful. We spokePolish with him. I had a beautiful surprise for my Birthday. All stuff is so so nice , helpful and friendly. We recommend this place 100% Thank you for ours 3 nights stay just perfect.❤️

    It's a very vibrant area, with a lot of restaurants, bars and cafes with many different types of food and a nice market with local products. There are a few public huge parking areas for free, which it's much appretiated. It's very close to small beautiful calas.

    Beautiful harbour area, lots of restaurants. Lovely beach and sea shallow so lovely for swimming. Hired bikes and great roads for cycling. Really nice place and sorrounding area. Public swimming pool which was excellent and found a 5 lane running track in Polenca about 15 minute drive away. So many lovely places to cycle and visit.

    The staff were amazing and a credit to this hotel. Especially the older lifeguard who never stopped working, Jose in the restaurant and the older barman who joined in with the aqua aerobics from the side! The location was perfect; right next to the beach, bus stops to Old Alcudia and a nice supermarket. The rooms were lovely, with everything you could need during your stay. The pool bar food was great and the spa showers were ideal for getting ready before a later flight.

    The room was very comfortable with an excellent view, and the staff went above and beyond throughout our stay. I proposed to my partner at the hotel, and the team made sure the moment was truly special, even giving us the exact room I had requested. The breakfast was also extremely good and a great way to start the day.
