We absolutely loved our stay at Astoria Hotel! Everything was perfect—from the cozy room to the warm hospitality. But the real highlight was the surprise birthday dessert plate with a candle at dinner for my wife—such a sweet and thoughtful gesture that truly touched us! The staff were all incredibly friendly, cheerful, and always ready to help with a smile. We felt at home from the first moment. Can’t recommend this place enough—if I could, I’d rate it 15 out of 10!

The hotel is newly renovated, sleek, modern and super clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the shower was wonderful. Loved the scent of the bath products. Reception, breakfast and cleaning staff were lovely and helpful, in particular Melanie, Fernando, Juanjo and Rosalia. I loved the lounging furniture on the pool deck. The hotel is very conveniently situated and is well connected by bus to Palma and the airport. Wish I could've stayed longer.

Fantastic stay! Would highly recommend. Rooms were basic but comfy and had a large shower. Breakfast is a must here, so much variety and they can cater for all. The location is close to the beach and harbor. Staff were always approachable and kind!

It was an awesome experience. I would definitely come back here or to any JS hotel. Everything was wow, they took care of every detail. We had breakfast and dinner included and the food was very good. The room was nice and cozy. There was a live singing show every evening at the hotel.

    Typical Spanish tourist town. Plenty of good bars and restaurants, some with live music. Would of like it to be a bit more boutique'y and a little less Spanish/British bucket and spade. So not a lot to see, unless you like these very typical Spanish beach resorts. But overall good for a short break.

    The port is lovely, nice restaurants and bars. Not a lot of shops. Nearest Shopping Centre is in Palma. Transfer from Palma by taxi as our flight was a late arrival and no buses available at that hour.

    Nice city with great sand beach, restaurants. The only frustrating was a wind on the beach - it was pretty strong and for some people could be cold and annoying. Not sure whether strong wind is the case for the whole season but most of our stay (11 days in June) it was like that

    Very clean hotel.Near to the beautiful beach. Tanya( Lady from Front desk) it's amazing Women. Very helpful, very easy to talk( she speak four languages fluently). Beautiful and very worm personality. Gentlemen from front desk( work afternoon shift) olso unbelievable nice and helpful. We spokePolish with him. I had a beautiful surprise for my Birthday. All stuff is so so nice , helpful and friendly. We recommend this place 100% Thank you for ours 3 nights stay just perfect.❤️

    It's a very vibrant area, with a lot of restaurants, bars and cafes with many different types of food and a nice market with local products. There are a few public huge parking areas for free, which it's much appretiated. It's very close to small beautiful calas.

    Beautiful harbour area, lots of restaurants. Lovely beach and sea shallow so lovely for swimming. Hired bikes and great roads for cycling. Really nice place and sorrounding area. Public swimming pool which was excellent and found a 5 lane running track in Polenca about 15 minute drive away. So many lovely places to cycle and visit.

    The property was really nice and the staff was really friendly! The Pool was very clean and so the rest of the hotel. The air conditioner worked really well and the room was well equipped and was cleaned every day. The sheets as well as the towels were changed every 3rd Day! It was a 3 min Walk to the beach and about a 30 min walk to the old town. Most of the time there were almost no people at the pool, so you had the pool nearly for yourself. We really enjoyed the stay and would come back for sure! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Great fresh breakfast that we could add eggs to, really friendly staff, location was was pretty much on the beach which was a popular Instagram spot, you can see the sunrise from the hotel balcony Reception gentleman offered changing our room due to noise from a baby next door but after he spoke to them the noise was greatly reduced so we kept the room

    I liked the location, was very close to the beach. There are a few restaurants and shops around. The parking spot in front of the hotel is for free. The breakfast was really good and the room was very spacious. The staff was really helpful and friendly :)
