Excellent apartment! It is very well refurbished, being modern, simple and comfortable. Location is perfect (within the walls and 1 min away from Plaza del Mercado Chico). Although central, it is very quiet. During our stay it was cold, but the heating system was very good and simple to use. The host was great in welcoming us and clearing any doubts. Parking is not far from the apartment and although narrow, it is a plus in Ávila.

Vallespin 43 parking, wifi enjoys a location in Ávila, a 13-minute walk from La Encarnación Monastery and 0.7 miles from Incarnation Convent.

Pedro was friendly and hopeful when we arrived, he help us inter the garage and then gave us suggestions for dinner as well as day and night activities. The house was very clean and conveniently located to everything. Newly renovated with nice air conditioning . Digital door access.

I totally enjoyed my stay in Ana’s apartment; it was roomy, sparkling clean and had a very well-equipped kitchen. Ana was always attentive to my queries and did her utmost to ensure I had a positive experience. The location was fantastic, only minutes to La Muralla (the Wall) and the rest of the historic centre. I highly recommend!
