Hotel Exe Barcelona Gate is located in the heart of Sant Joan Despí, on the outskirts of Barcelona and within easy reach, both by road and public transport, of the city center. The breakfast was excellent! The staff great, fresh juices, nobody minded that we came over and over again and took juices into our bottles for the whole day. We loved this hotel, fresh air, no car fumes, nice landscape on the way from the metro, the nearest - Cornellia Centre. Cleaning good. Exceptionally welcome attitude from the front desk. I left my handbag at their restaurant on the first night, just forgot to take it from the corner of a chair after dinner. They kept it at the reception untouched, returned in the morning zipped with all my money inside. Thank you very much, we will return to you definitely!

Big rooms with a very big bed. The mattress was very comfortable. Great location if you have an early or late flight; as the airport is about twenty minutes away.

I loved that it had 4 bedrooms with washer and dryer. All amenities were great. Comforters were very warm and comfy.
I didn’t like nothing there is no body a night time someone stole my beautiful coat the first day that I arrived the doors make a lot of noise is only one toilet for more than 7 rooms in 2 showers they charge my card before the time that they supposed and they took extra because my rate was 90 euros and they took 92euros that’s no good the train is close but make to much noise a night there’s no wifi
They stole our jackets (equivalent to 90 EUR in total) after just 30 mins checking out of the hotel. Disgusted by their services. After actually going back for it and seeing me struggle they didnt even bother givin them back. It wasnt the cleaners cause at 7:30 am they still hadnt checked in so IM 100% SURE IT WAS THE FEMALE RECEPTIONISTS! Very unfair indeed.
The location could be better as it is a bit fra from the train to take you to city center of Barcelona. Overall a great stay and peaceful and quiet and excellent room facilities. It was far the best stay we had in Europe, where we stayed in England, Germany Italy France and Netherlands.
Staff was great specially the lady who cleans our room. Very trustworthy as we left the safe box unlock in such a hurry one morning and was so relieved to found everything was still there when we return. So a big thank you to this lady. We had a family room and just perfect for the 4 of us. Room was clean daily,fresh towel everyday,beds was comfy and wifi are free in all areas though sometimes it's a slow running. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool. The negative side was the balcony. I don't feel it's safe enough for young kids to be playing about even looking down from the balcony. Bedroom windows and balcony door doesn't lock. Quite a distance to travel daily to the city.
good breakfast, location is far from the center - authentic and quite place, great for tourists. tram station is located in 10 minutes away from the hotel. you can reach city center in 4 stops
Customer service was amazing, the hotel in general was good with swimming pool, nice area to relax , breakfast was good a lot stuff that we can choose from
there’s stuff to to do in the hotel there’s a pool and small restaurant there’s a gym and a bus outside the hotel.
