Very quiet and safe place - super good sleep and the last section of 4.5km to the Cathedral de Santiago de Compostela, a nice challenge to walk towards! I also tried the Gymnastics facilities - well maintained, clean and easy accessible!

I really liked this hotel. It's convenient, impeccably clean, and I really enjoyed the friendly staff. The same person (sorry I didn't catch his name!) manned the front desk, the bar, and the restaurant but he did an outstanding job and always with a smile. I would happily stay here again

The room was really nice and big. The staff was very nice. The Restaurant was excellent. We were taken care of by Manual, he was wonderful. It's right on the Camino. And very close to the Airport.

Great hotel with an excellent staff. Julio and the team handed really well the group check-in in the middle of a chaotic rainy afternoon. I was about to ask for help and before that they were taking control of everything.

We stayed for my birthday and Hotel Santiago Plaza made it a memorable and special experience. Everything about our stay was perfect - the staff, convenient location near the bus station, cleanliness and comfort of the room, and the abundant breakfast the next morning. I slept so well there, wish we could have stayed longer!

Great hotel, location is a bit far away from city center, but it's a plus if you seek quiet place. Hotel located in the shopping mall, so you have a lot of shops and supermarket in 1 min from you. Very helpful staff, helped a lot with navigation and transportation in the city.

The staff was super nice with me. I needed to take a train super early and would lose the breakfast, but they arranged for me to take it the day before. Excellent!

Loved the location!! It is ON the Camino de Santiago, less than a mile from cathedral. There is a supermarket next door and a fruit place and laundry service provided (takes 24 hrs......but there Wash 365 a block away). There are many places to eat next door and across the street. The staff was OUTSTANDING and sooooo helpful!! Best place to wnd the Camino!!

The staff were amazing. Both Rafael and Charles went above and beyond.. The building was nice with stone walls and the breakfast was good. The location was good, but it was the staff that made it a great place to stay. Would definitely book again.
