Hotel was super nice and modern, the rooms were clean and nice, stuff super friendly, location of the hotel was perfect.Close to the beach and the boulevard. Food was delicious, everyday something different. Interior and outdoor pool also amazing. I highly recommend coming here!

Great location in between two very busy section of hotels, so it was close to a lot of beach activities, restaurants and shops, but no loud or crazy outside the hotel. Loved the beach restaurant, but the majority of the food is only available until 6pm. Snacks and drinks after. Loved the ambience and pool. Loved being right on the beach. Loved close access to the train. The people were very kind and accomodating.

We were really impressed with this hotel. The staff were fantastic, the restaurant staff were so friendly and efficient and the amount of activities they have for kids and adults is impressive. It is only an hour away from Barcelona City Centre by train and Santa Susanna train station is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the vicinity and the beach is less than a 10 minute walk away also. The dinner buffet in the evenings is only €19 and there was so much to choose from. The breakfast was fantastic and the rooms were kept really clean and the housekeeping staff were always pleasant too. We stayed in room number 2115 and it was perfect for our stay. We should have stayed here longer. The atmosphere here was great.

The location is nice as it is at the insection so easy to walk to. The rooms are nice and large, and all have terraces. The king-size beds are excellent. The showers are good also. The food offered in the buffet style crestaurant is varied in flavors and allows you a good selection to choose from. Our plan did not include beverages but we would get a beverage from the bar next door and bring to dinner. My food preference is gluten free so at each meal I revieved a basket with bread and a separate dessert. This was an appreciated touch.

    Santa Susanna is a lovely resort, with lots of places to eat, drink and take in entertainment in the various hotels. There are plenty of shops and little stalls along the Boulevard. The beach was clean but the sand slopes sharply into the sea. Good transport links to Barcelona and neighbouring towns. My partner was using a mobility scooter and getting around Santa Susanna was fine as it’s very flat and although we could and did use buses and trains we found this very stressful. Definitely a resort for chilling not raving!

    it is not a sophisticated town, entertainment is loud and of poor quality. the best part of it is the beach, an easy train to Barcelona, and a close proximity to a very beautiful botanical garden on the Mediterranean shore.

    Good beaches and sea.

    Good beaches and sea. But there are too many hotels in Santa Susana and it is super loud in the evening (live music in every bar/hotel). Not many restaurants with good food (we found only 2 that we liked). Even less restaurants with local cuisine.

    Santa Susana is something like an "all-hotels" place. There is a residential area, which is in the hills above, and very nice also, but tourists are mostly situated in one of many great hotels near the sea. The beach is beautiful and spacious, water is clean. It is, however, somewhat windy and there can be waves in the afternoon, but we liked it a lot. You can put your towel wherever you want, but you can also rent a sun bed, there are bars and restaurants (and hotels, of course) along the coast where you can easily find them. Prices are really OK, everything is affordable (I understand that this is individually applicable, but compared to some other destinations, it is not expensive). We stayed in a hotel with half-board, the food was fabulous with lots of choices. All in all, it is a peaceful place, although crowded with people, there is really no hustle and bustle. Lots of shops with souvenirs, there are also Carefour and Lidl for grocery shopping (you can find some of the great Spanish wines there for reasonable prices). It also has McDonald`s and Burger King. Everything you might need while on vacation. It is close to the great city of Barcelona (cca 60 km), so you can go visit.

    Location of the hotel was great,right on the beach,the food was very good (we had a half board),everyday it was something different,but freshly made and delicious,the choice of the meals was good....actually,I would come back to this hotel and recommend it to my friends...it is unfarely underrated by the notes on this platform...if has swimming pool,beach bar,entertaining room with snooker and table football,restaurant with organized karaoke nights,flamenco nights or disco for the kids..

    The staff is very friendly, animators and bartenders are doing their job good! The food was great! A lot of options, and every meal course was different Super clean rooms, bathrooms,public toilets, and the cleaning ladies were working hard! The towels have been changed daily. Location is a plus! We have several walks in Santa Susanna and Malgrat and this hotel was in the top 2 in terms of location and building-attractiveness

    Breakfast was included and was okay. A typical European breakfast but they did do fried eggs and pancakes which was good. Staff were helpful and friendly, the room was a decent size and the aircon was good. I'd stay again for sure. If you are getting the train from Barcelona to Santa Susanna, it's a 10 to 15 minute walk from the station so good location as well.

    Amazing, spacious villa on the mountainside overlooking Santa Susanna and the sea. Four floors with big bedrooms, a lovely swimming pool looking out to sea, a well-stocked kitchen and everything you could possibly need. The hosts were very communicative. An absolute 5* property.
